After Breakfast whole Day Siteseeing of Jhalong / Bindu, Jhalong is situated on the bank of the river Jaldhaka on the Indo-Bhutan border. It lies at the foothills of the Himalayas, on the way to Bindu in Kalimpong sub-division & Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan. It is a beautiful valley on the bank of the river Jaladhaka. This river serves as a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan. Bindu is also famous for its cardamom plantations, followed by visit Chalsa View Point, Samsing, Suntalekhola, Rocky Island; Lolygorus View Point, back to hotel. Night stay at Lataguri / Murti.
Early morning after breakfast visit Gajoldoba, Gajoldoba is full of interesting sightseeing places. The Gajoaldoba barrage in itself is worth spending some time. You may also take a ride in the local fisherman's boat in the downstream Teesta (It’s optional & Guest own cost), during monsoon months avoid the ride as the water volume increased substantially. Also do not venture in the upstream river as it can prove to be dangerous. Across the river is the Apalchand forest famous for its population of pachyderm. The Baikunthapur forest on the western side of the river is also home to a number of wildlife variety. Beside the forest, Bodaganj is a small village popular for Bhamri Devi Temple. Night stay at Lataguri/Murti.
After Breakfast transfer to Jaldapara. Salkumar Forest village is the southern entry gate of Jaldapara Jungle Safari. Night stay at Jaldapara.
After breakfast transfer to Jayanti. Tour to Rajavatkhaoa (Rajabhatkhawa is approachable by both road and rail form Siliguri nearly 155 kilometers and Alipurduar only 15 kilometers. Rajabhatkhawa is nearly 15 kilometers from Jayanti) , Jayanti, Buxa Fort (This small settlement is situated on the bank of River Jayanti. A spot with natural beauty forms a natural border with Bhutan. A 14 kilometer trek will take you to Buxa. Buxa is known as the Buxa Tiger Reserve), Chilapata Forest and Raimatang (Raimatang is a small forest village on the fringes of the Buxa Tiger Reserve surrounded by towering lush hills of Bhutan). Overnight stay at Jayanti. (Trek to Lepchakha is optional)
After breakfast visit to Raidak Tea Garden. The road leading to Raidak forest crisscrosses through densely carpeted tea gardens alongside the swiftly flowing strong currents of the river Raidak creates magnificent vista for the tourists. Later visit Sikiajhora for boat riding flowing through the wet dense forest of Buxa Reserve. Overnight stay at Jayanti. (Boating Cost Guest Own & it’s is optional)
