Best Time to Visit
This route climbs from Soti Khola's warm lowland start to roughly 3,700 metres near Mu Gompa, genuinely cold at the upper valley regardless of season. The trek runs best March through May and September through November, since monsoon makes the lower trail dangerous and winter brings heavy snow at altitude.
