Pokhara sits at moderate hill altitude, comfortable through most of the year. Winter, December through February, brings cool, clear mornings well suited to mountain views over the Annapurna range. March through May offers mild pre-monsoon days, while June through September brings heavy rain. October and November give the sharpest Himalayan views of the year.
