Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 • Gorakhpur to Pokhara
Meet at Gorakhpur and drive through the Terai plains into the green middle hills. En route, see riverside hamlets and layered mountain terraces. Arrive in lakeside Pokhara for overnight stay.
Day 2 • Pokhara Highlights
Early at Sarangkot, watch Annapurna and Dhaulagiri bathe in first light. Back in Pokhara, visit Bindhyabasini Temple, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, and Phewa Lake for a serene boat ride.
Day 3 • Pokhara to Kathmandu via Manakamana
En route to the capital, stop at Manakamana Devi Temple, accessed by cable car. Evening free to explore Kathmandu’s lively markets.
Day 4 • Kathmandu to Nagarkot
Morning visit to Pashupatinath Temple. Afternoon drive to Nagarkot for sunset over the Himalayas.
Day 5 • Bhaktapur & Sanga
Explore Bhaktapur’s medieval plazas, pottery lanes, Golden Gate, then Sanga’s towering Shiva statue.
Day 6 • Kathmandu to Chitwan
Head south to Chitwan’s subtropical forests. Arrive at lodge and optionally enjoy evening cultural program.
Day 7 • Chitwan Safari & Varanasi Departure
Optional early safari (elephant-back or jeep) to spot rhinos, deer, monkeys, and more. Late morning, leave for Varanasi with trip memories.
