This gosaikunda trek package reaches a genuinely sacred alpine lake in the Langtang region, considered holy by both Hindus and Buddhists and a major pilgrimage destination each August. Best Time to Visit
This route climbs from Dhunche's moderate valley altitude to roughly 4,380 metres at Gosaikunda, genuinely cold at the lake even in the warmer trekking months. The trek runs best March through May and September through November, since monsoon brings dangerous trail conditions and winter often freezes the lake and closes the route entirely.
