Best Time to Visit
This route stays lower than the full base camp trek, reaching roughly 3,880 metres at its highest point, genuinely cold but less extreme. The trek runs best March through May and September through November, since monsoon brings dangerous trail conditions and winter closes parts of the route under snow.
