Final access to certain zones depends on the forest department's conditions on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

October through April is the reliable window, dry enough for the forest trails to be walkable and the river crossings to be stable. March and April are best for birding and orchids. May onwards the monsoon arrives and the Noa-Dihing rises quickly, cutting off access to Deban. July through September the park is effectively closed to visitors due to regular flooding. November to February is good for general forest exploration, quieter and drier than the spring season.
