Overview

This spiti valley tour package from kolkata covers sixteen days across three of Himachal Pradesh's most distinct high-altitude regions — Kinnaur, Spiti Valley and Lahaul — on a single fixed departure circuit by train from Howrah. The journey goes from the apple orchards and cedar forests of Kinnaur through the stark, high-desert landscape of Spiti Valley — where ancient Buddhist monasteries sit on cliff edges above river confluences — and then across into the green meadows and waterfalls of Lahaul before descending to Manali. The price is ₹29,000 per head for two persons sharing a double room, with sleeper class train tickets included both ways on the Netaji Express.

The spiti valley tour package from kolkata covers Chitkul — the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border — the Kinnaur Kailash Range sunset from Kalpa, the five-hundred-year-old mummy at Gue Village, the Tabo and Dhankar monasteries, the Key Monastery and the Chicham Bridge near Kibber, the highest post office in the world at Hikkim and the highest motorable village at Komic. This is a sixteen-day ground-level Himalayan circuit that covers a range and depth of high-altitude Himachal that most shorter packages do not reach.
