Payment Policy

The full and final payment must be received before the due date communicated by Bon Voyagers. Travel documents, vouchers and tickets may be released only after receipt of applicable full payment.
If the balance payment is not received within the stipulated time, Bon Voyagers reserves the right to cancel or release the booking and applicable cancellation charges may be deducted.
Where airline tickets, hotels, visas or other services require an advance or full payment to secure availability, the applicable amount must be paid accordingly.
Any increase in airfare, hotel tariff, foreign exchange rate, government taxes, airport taxes, fuel surcharge or other statutory charges occurring before full payment may be payable by the traveller where applicable.
