Itinerary

Terms & Conditions

Sleeper class train tickets are included for the onward and return journey. Train food during travel from or to Howrah, Sealdah, Shalimar, Santragachi or Kolkata will not be provided. Guests arrange their own meals during all train travel on this kathmandu pokhara tour package from kolkata.

Entry fees, forest permit charges, safari charges, boat rides, packaged drinking water, medicine charges, telephone bills and camera charges will be paid by the guest directly at each site.

Food will not be served in hotel rooms under any circumstances.
Roti will be available only on limited days during the tour as decided by the management authority or tour manager on the spot, which may be discussed with guests.

Any liability towards loss, damage, property breakage or any other incident during the tour will be paid by the guest.

Refunds in respect of air tickets purchased by the company on a passenger's request will be refunded as per the rules of the respective airline.

Hotel rooms will be allocated on a lottery basis to the head of each family. Guests cannot select rooms on the basis of category or floor preference.
Vehicle seating during transportation will be arranged on a daily rotational basis. No preferential seating treatment will be provided.
If any sightseeing spot is closed due to local holidays, bandhs, strikes, train cancellations, political agitation, landslide or heavy rain, that sightseeing programme will not be conducted by the management on this kathmandu pokhara tour package from kolkata.
The management may change or alter the tour plan due to natural calamity or political disturbances. No claim arising from such change or alteration will be entertained.
No deposited amount will be refunded in full should the tour be cancelled by the company, except in the case of cancellation due to natural calamities, strike, bandh or any other undesirable and abnormal situation, when passengers will pay compensation to the company at 10% of the tour price.
No claim for refund will be entertained if a passenger fails to arrive at the station before the departure of the train. In such cases the passenger may join at the next or subsequent station at their own cost.
No claim will be entertained for any amount lying with the company after 6 months from the date of commencement of the tour.
GST will be added to the total bill.

Payment Policy

Booking opens 120 days before the date of journey.
Advance token: 30% of total package amount at the time of booking.
Second instalment: 30% of total package amount as per schedule.
Third and final instalment: 40% of total package amount — due before 30 days from the date of journey.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation any time just after booking: 30% of total package amount is forfeited.
Cancellation before 90 days of journey: 45% of total package amount is forfeited.
Cancellation before 60 days of journey: 60% of total package amount is forfeited.
Cancellation before 30 days of journey: 75% of total package amount is forfeited.
Cancellation before 20 days of journey: 90% of total package amount is forfeited.
No cancellation will be accepted within 15 days of the commencement of the journey.

Child Policy

Below 5 years: Complimentary without a seat. Child train fare as per IRCTC rules.
5 to 9 years: 50% of the total tour price. Train tickets as per IRCTC rules.
