Day 01 :

Pickup from Kolkata Airport / Railway station and drop to Kolkata hotel ( within 7 kms / 30-40 mins ). Second half tour to Babughat, Millenium Park & New Market.

 Day 02 :

After breakfast Tour to Kolkata Local visit Alipur Zoo, Kolkata Meusuem (Park Street), Victoria Memorial Hall, Park Street Cemetery, Putul Bari, Princep Ghat.

The Zoological Garden, Alipore’ is India’s oldest formally stated zoological park and a big tourist attraction in Kolkata, West Bengal.

The Indian Museum in Central Kolkata, West Bengal, India, also referred to as the Imperial Museum at Calcutta in colonial-era texts, is the ninth oldest museum in the world, the oldest and largest museum in India.

The Victoria Memorial is a large marble building on the Maidan in Central Kolkata, built between 1906 and 1921.

Take your lunch on the way. South Park Street Cemetery is located on Mother Teresa Sarani, Kolkata, India. Located on the banks of Hooghly River in Shobhabazar, North Kolkata, Putul Bari is a famous sprawling house.

Prinsep Ghat and Millenium Park is a ghat built in 1841 during the British Raj, along the Kolkata bank of the Hooghly River in India. Overnight stay at Hotel.

 Day 3 :

Arrival at Gangasagar ( 135 Kms / 5 hrs )

The Kolkata to Gangasagar tour package starts as you get picked up from the preferred location. This island is on the confluence of river Ganga and bay of Bengal and is very famous for its Kapil Muni Ashram.

Reach Ferry ghat and board a ferry to Kachuberia, from where a cab will take you for Sagar isle at Kachuberia to Gangasagar Kapil muni temple. After reaching, check-in at the hotel and spend the remaining day at Gangasagar. Have dinner and overnight stay at the Gangasagar hotel.

Day 04 :

Gangasagar to Kolkata N/S – Kolkata

After breakfast check out from  Gangasagar and transfer to Kolkata via Famous Vasha Shri Swami Narayan Mandir. Evening free for shopping at Kolkata. Overnight at Kolkata.

Day 5 :

Arrival at sundarban ( 85 kms / 3.5 hrs )  *

After early breakfast , check out from hotel and leave kolkata by Air Conditioned Car/Passenger Van. Bon Voyagers welcomes you to the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, biggest Mangrove forest and a World Heritage site declared by UNESCO in the year 1985 and was made a biosphere Reserve in 1989.  On arrival at Godkhali Jetty and transferred to the boat. Proceed to our resort through rivers Gomor, Durgadhwani to enter River Pitchkhali, overlooking the Sundarban Tiger Reserve. Hot Lunch will be served at  resort.  After lunch a walk through the beautiful paddy fields and the village of honey collectors and fishermen, looking out for local rituals and beliefs. This village has no cars or electricity.

Boat ride for bird watching, during two to three hours, spotting seven types of kingfisher, egret, brahmani eagles, pond heron, black cormorants, etc and above all getting introduced to the lovely mangroves, with surreal creatures like fiddler crabs, mud skipper fish etc.

Return to the Resort, just after the sunset.

An enchanting evening with the local tribal Dance & Song Groups perform for you, you can join them and have a gala time, a session of refreshments. Dinner is served according to the leisure of every individual guest, getting prepared to spend the night in the luxury at resort.

DAY 6 :

Kolkata back

We start as early as possible, board Luxury boat, get the required permissions & Forest approved guide from the forest office, and head off into the jungle, with one of the biggest mangroves of the world, rich in flora and fauna. This boat cruise will last till sunset and during this period we will visit 3 watch towers, namely Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali and Dobanki.

This Covers Sajnekhali Tiger Project, Crocodile Project, Turtle Project, Mangroove Interpretation Center, Bono Bibi Temple, Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower, Dobanki Watch Tower, Canopy walk, Pirkhali, Gazikhali & other narrow Creeks,  Pancha Mukhani(Five river confluence).Cruising  the small channels and creeks we will try to spot different wildlife, spotted dear, wild boars, civet cat, monitor lizard, crocodiles, dolphins and of courses the Royal Bengal Tigers.

Breakfast, lunch and other refreshments will be cooked and served on the boat. After lunch heading towards Kolkata Airport / Station via Swami Narayan Temple. Here your journey comes to end with sweet memories.

Please read and understand the booking conditions for your holiday tour packages before you book any of the tours. The terms and conditions given below, on our website, the tour registration form and any other printed material together with FAQ (frequently asked questions) forms the basis of our contract with you.

Meals :

• There are preset menus for the meals provided on the tours. Packaged meals are served at some of the places. The types of meals are mostly non veg item except in Gangasagar ( Only non veg food is available in Gangasagar ). No complaints/ claims for refund in respect of the meals will be entertained and the company reserves the right to change the menu and arrangements of the meal without assigning any reasons therefore. In some places food & water will be provided en-route at the available restaurants.

Hotels :

Bon Voyagers has taken utmost care in selecting hotels which are comfortable. Most of the hotel rooms have private bath or shower and may be located in the centre or away from the city, but out of our vast experience, to provide good hotels at reasonable tariffs to your utmost comfort, engaging hotels away from city center becomes unavoidable. Air-conditioning, central heating, any other facility are at the hoteliers discretion, depending upon factors such as weather conditions, local circumstances. Triple sharing rooms are not larger than twin sharing rooms and third bed is (often a roll -away – mattress) put in Double bedded room. The passengers will have to abide by the check in and checkout times of the hotels. Usually, the check in time in many of the hotels is 12 Noon and check out time is 10 AM. Early arrivals and late departure should be adjusted by the guests themselves as per the respective check in and checkout time. If you reach before 12 Noon only fresh up arrangements are made while rooms are Terms allotted from 12 Noon. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of baggage or personal effects from the hotels. Room heater if require, spot payment is advised directly to hotel from the guest. Any damage caused to the hotel during your stay shall be payable by you and the company will not be liable for the same.

Accommodation for Child up to 10 years of age :

• A child below 10 years of age who is booked on the tour by paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances. In case the tour participant makes any changes in the rooming arrangement while on the tour, the company shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. In case the tour participant decides to make any changes in the rooming while on the tour subject to availability, then he/she shall be bound to pay additional amount charged by the concerned Hotel directly to the Hotel.

Coach / Sitting :

• There is a strict ”NO SMOKING”, “NO ALCOHOL” & “NO EATING” policy in the travel mode. Carrying of high value items in the bus will be at your own risk. We advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. Company will not be responsible or liable in case of loss/ theft / damage of such items from the coach. Any damage caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be paid by you and the company will not be liable for the same.

• We use air-conditioned or non air-conditioned 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 12 / 16 seated vehicles ( Tempo Traveller, Innova, Ertiga, Scorpio, Dezire, WagonR etc) depending upon the number of head of the tourists.

• Management reserves the right to change the seating capacity of the coach, as per the number of bookings.

Health :

It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & is well aware about the same. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who are medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and / or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment have gone into check up hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many a times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and / or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention. The tourist(s) will have to make their own arrangement on the tour for medical assistance. The tour manager may not be in a position to help the tourist. The tour leader have to proceed as per itinerary because of other members of the group may require his attention to follow the tour itinerary. The company shall not be responsible for any lack of attention on the tour.

Photographs or Video clips :

Company reserves the right to use photographs or video clips of the tourist taken on tour & / or given by tourist, for promotion of the company’s business without obtaining prior permission of the concerned tourist.

Itinerary changes :

We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction, or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of passenger / joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund for the same. That’s’ why destination may be changed as per room availability, after confirming the tour it will not be changed.

Tour Price :

The price quoted in our brochure or proposal by mail / e-mail and any other mode of communication has been calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of printing this brochure and also as per the prevailing Inter-state taxes / Fuel Charges etc.,. The company reserves the right to amend / alter the prices published in the brochure or quoted by any other means, in case of suppliers rate fluctuation, increase in fuel cost, increase in state taxes, or increase in any other item relevant to the tour before the date of departure. Any such increase in rate must be paid by the tourist in full before the departure of the tour.

Important conditions:

Guests acceptance of the receipt while making the advance, full payment, passengers signature on the booking form, proposal, receipt, or paying the advance amount shall mean accepting in totality of the “terms and conditions” contained herein by the guests.

There is no contract between the company and the guest until the company has received the advance for the tour. Full payment must be received 15 days before the departure of the tour. In case the booking is made within 15 days, then full payment has to be paid at the time of booking itself. If the full amount is not paid up at the time of booking the tour, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking subsequently resulting in the loss of deposit and also apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein.

• Please carry valid photo Id proof (Voters card / Driving License / Passport) & 02 copies of passport size photos.
• During tour prior mentioned Hotel or Home stay may be changed / altered due to several non-avoidable circumstances & can be provided another Hotel / Home stay in same or upgraded category.
• Rooms / Vehicle are subject to availability & are not on hold.
• Cancellation charges as applicable.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal.
• Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike, security reason etc.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.
• Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

• Confirmation of the booking shall be made after receiving of 50% advance.
• Rest amount to be paid 15 days before commencement.

*Cancellation Policy*

• 30 Days prior to check in: No cancellation charges.
• 29 – 16 Days prior to check in: 25% of the full amount would be charged as retention.
• 15 – 7 Days: 50 %
• 7 – 4 Days: 75 %
• 72 Hours prior to check in / No Show: 100 % of the full amount would be charged as retention.

Taxes:

GST will be charged as applicable.

Note:

We are basically travel, tour and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airlines or any other mode of transport like railways, motor, buses, coaches, etc. We take utmost care in selecting Restaurants / Hotels / Vans / Boat Houses or Places of Stay for making your holidays a comfortable one. We only select the Hotels or Places of Stay. We are not responsible for injury or personal harm, death or damage to personal property which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any independent contractor, hotelier, operator, arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. It is imperative that all guests travelling through Bon Voyagers or any tours organized by Bon Voyagers. Abide, comply and strictly observe all the terms and conditions laid down herewith.

Complaints & Grievances:

If the passenger has any complaint in respect of the services provided by Bon Voyagers or any other independent contractor, the passengers shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Tour Manager to enable Bon Voyagers to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to the company in writing within seven days after the tour completion date. No claims from the passengers will be entertained by the company beyond seven days of completion of the tour. Also, the company shall incur no liability in respect thereof.

Child and Infant Policy :

Below 05yrs : 30% including seat & CNB (Child No Bed)
05yrs – 09yrs : 60% including seat & CNB (Child No Bed)
Above 10 yrs full charge – treat as Adult
