Day-wise details tour program

 

 

Day 01: Arrive Srinagar – Pahalgam

Our service starts on your arrival at Srinagar airport. Meet & greet and transfer you to the Pahalgam (The Valley of Shepherds). En route, visit the Saffron fields of Pampore, Apple Gardens, Pine Valley, etc. The evening is free for leisure. Dinner & overnight at Pahalgam Hotel.

Day 02:- Pahalgam Sightseeing – Srinagar   

After breakfast, leave for inner-line sightseeing here. You can Visit Aru Valley, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Mini Switzerland, Dabyan, Denow Valley, etc. (at your own cost) through the local Union taxi/ Pony Ride. In the afternoon, leave for Srinagar—dinner and overnight at Srinagar Hotel.

 

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg (Day trip)

After breakfast, leave for Gulmarg. One of the most beautiful destinations in Srinagar, Gulmarg is 65 Kms away from Srinagar; on arrival in Gulmarg, you will proceed to enjoy a gondola ride (at your own cost)  through the gondola you can see complete snow cape mountain with International border between India & Pakistan, after enjoying a gondola ride you will return to Gulmarg again. You Can visit Maharaja Palace, Botapathri Gulmarg golf Course, church, etc, through the local Union Car. In the evening, return to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 04:- Srinagar   (Local Sightseeing)

After breakfast, you will go to the Mughal Gardens’ local sightseeing, such as  Cheshma Shahi Garden, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, etc., and Shankaracharya Temple. In the evening, enjoy a one-hour Shikara Ride. Dinner and overnight at the Houseboat.

Day 05: Srinagar Airport Drop

After breakfast, you will proceed to Srinagar Airport to board the flight for your onward destination with lots of pleasant memories.

  • Extra nights in a hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation, or other reasons.
  • The service of a vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour

       as per the itinerary.

  • Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons, e.g. due to

      bad weather, road closure, breakdown, government advisory or any natural calamities.

Policies

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
  • Please carry valid photo ID proof (Voter’s card / Driving License / Passport) & 02 copies of passport-size photos.
  • During the tour, the prior-mentioned Hotel or Homestay may be changed/altered due to several non-avoidable circumstances, and you can be provided with another Hotel/homestay in the same or upgraded category.
  • Rooms / Vehicles are subject to availability & are not on hold.
  • Cancellation charges as applicable.
  • The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but not at disposal.
  • Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, wrong road, strike or bandh, security reasons, etc.
  • Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health-related issues (like arthritis, heart problems, etc.) or any such matter that might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
  • There will be no refund of any unutilised service in part or total, whatever the reason.
  • Additional costs arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc., will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

 

Confirmation of the booking shall be made after receiving of 50% advance.

The rest amount is to be paid 30 days before commencement.

 

Cancellation Policy

30 Days before check-in: No cancellation charges.

29 – 16 Days before check-in: 25% of the total amount would be charged as retention.

15 – 7 Days: 50 %

7 – 4 Days: 75 %

72 hours prior to check-in / No-show: 100 % of the full amount would be charged as retention.
