• Passengers to report at the airport minimum 3 hours prior to Departure.
• In case if the passenger is missing his Outgoing Flight for the Group Departure his entire ticket gets invalid to travel and cannot be used even for the return journey. All tickets are non-refundable.
• In case of passenger doesn’t arrive at the station before departure of the train for which reservation has been made. In such causes passenger can join next of subsequent station at their own cost.
• Company accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
Airlines : Please note that the air tickets issued are non-refundable. Hence normal airline rules related to cancellation, change of name/date/flight, no-show etc do not apply. In the event of cancellation of a particular flight by the airline because of reasons
whatsoever, the travelers will require to bear the incidental expenses including stay, meals, transfers, arranging alternate flights, loss due to missed connections etc.
Accommodation : Our tours are priced based upon the base category rooms in deluxe hotels. Almost all hotels offer a double bed or two single beds, attached toilet & bath as part of room amenities. In case of 3rd adult or child with bed, hotels will Provide extra bed or mattress as per the policy & availability.Room-heaters are provided at an additional cost. Standard check-in time is 13:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs followed by most hotels in most destinations. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and same is chargeable to the tourists. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Most of the hotels do not have elevator facility. In case if you have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher floors, please inform the same in advance. We shall request the hotels to provide rooms on ground or first floor, however the same cannot be guaranteed.
Meals : Meals would be provided as per itinerary at the hotel of stay / enroute restaurants. In case of packed meals, please note that it will be very basic menu and dryitems. Meal will lay buffets / thali basis at specified timings. In case meals are not availed in the time specified, you will be responsible to arrange the same on direct payment basis. Availability of Jain meals is difficult at all places. We will place request with the hotels if intimated in advance. To avoid any confusion, It is advisable for you to intimate at the time of booking.
Transportation & Sightseeing :The vehicles used for transfers and sightseeing are on seat sharing basis. Seat position in not prefixed. The vehicles used will be as per the group size such as Toyota Qualis / Mahindra Scorpio/ Mahindra Xylo / Chevrolet Tavera / Tempo
Traveller / Tata Winger / Mini Bus. In case of the tours based on air-conditioned vehicles, please note that AC will be switched-off during hilly drives. The vehicles will run as per the itinerary and the same are not at disposal. The timings for all the sightseeing tours and transfers as per the program are to be strictly followed to ensure convenience to others in the group. In case if you fail to board the vehicle at the specified time, you will be required to make your own arrangement for the onward drive at your expenses. All ‘must see’ sightseeing places are covered in our tour-itinerary. Any additional sightseeing tours/ excursions which are not mentioned in our itinerary will have to be covered on your own at additional cost if time permits. Due to shortage of space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby. Due to traffic / unfore seen situations the vehicle reporting may get delayed. In case of any difficulty,
please connect our tour host. (contact details mentioned in the voucher).
There are certain aspects of the tour over which we do not have any control. Hence, we are making you aware of such areas so you too can enlighten yourself. Shopping: Tourists like to shop at all major tourist destinations. Please note that no deal is the best deal!
Bargaining is rampant: Lot of sellers will come to the hotels to sell their goods. We take no responsibility whatsoever in case of shopping
Power cuts: There are frequent power cuts are at all hill-stations and remote areas. Sometimes the power cut can be for longer duration. All hotels may not have generator back-ups. The generators are switched off in the night due to noise disturbance.
Hot – water supply : All hill-stations do face the problem of water scarcity, especially during summer. This could effect on running supply of hot & cold water in your rooms. Moreover, because of power-cuts, the hotels provide hot-water in limited hours of the day. In case of adverse weather, the hot water supply may be done through buckets. In case on any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to collect the charges from you while on tour. Please carry comfortable walking shoes, camera, sun-glasses, sun- screen lotion, a cap or hat, warm cloths, torch, medicines as prescribed by your doctor, important contact numbers, etc while on tour. Travel light. Carry necessary but required luggage only.
Confirmation of the booking shall be made after receiving a token of 5000/- as booking advance. In case of journey in flights to & from flight tickets amount should be paid along the booking advance. Need to complete 50% advance 7 days prior to train ticket opening.
